Our Factory

The factory of Royal Mineral Group Joint Stock Company is currently located on a 5-hectare site in Dong Hop – Quy Hop – Nghe An. It has 10,000 square meters of workshop space with a production capacity of 200,000m² to 250,000m² of various products per year.

The modern production line includes a large 30-ton crane, two smaller cranes (3 tons and 5 tons), an 80-blade Gangsaw cutting machine, a 16-head automatic grinding line with a grinding surface width of up to 2200mm, a high-precision automatic grinding line, an automatic bridge cutting machine, and an automatic dual-blade edge cutting system, providing high efficiency and precision.

We also have a fully integrated system for mining, production, and packaging, allowing us to strictly control both input and output materials, ensure the highest quality for consumers, and optimize product costs for our customers.

As the company with the largest reserves of white marble in Quy Hop, Nghe An, we are committed to meeting all customer needs. We always put the customer at the center, constantly improving and diversifying our products. As a result, our products have been trusted and used in many countries, including Turkmenistan, Iran, Iraq, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Italy, Portugal, Israel, Oman, Qatar, Dubai, and the UAE, with annual revenue continually increasing.

After being selected from the quarry, stone blocks are transported to the factory for the next stage of processing. Experts will analyze, evaluate, and cut the stones to optimize product value, ensuring they meet the requirements of current market orders.

The workshop is running at full capacity with four automatic polishing machines, speeding up domestic and international orders. Modern machinery ensures worker safety, improves product quality, reduces costs, and enhances price competitiveness in the market.

Packaging and shipping

The goods will be packed into wooden pallet crates. The wooden crates are carefully inspected and selected, with nails securely fastened between the wooden slats to ensure the container is delivered safely to the partner.
